bulletPlease review your e-mail and consider why it did not receive a response before resending
bulletIt is possible your e-mail was swallowed by the spam filter. We correctly identify all but 2-4 e-mails a year. It's not a very common problem. It is usually picked up the next time you resend. We have complete archive of spam so we can extract it if necessary... but need to know it's there.
bulletAdd Amiga or some other meaningful term in the subject line. This makes it easy to separate out spam and non-spam.
bulletMost e-mail is responded in 24 hours... but occasionally it takes 7 days or even longer. If you think we may have forgotten please remind us. Usually we're just checking on availability of some part or might be busy. 
bulletIf we're on holidays the holiday responder is usually on. It means we really are on holidays (in the bush, interstate or overseas). We can not process orders or respond during this time. Please be patient and let us finish our holidays. We usually clear the backlog in a few days.
bulletSometimes we get e-mails with e-mail addresses that don't work, from mail boxes that are full or with spam filters that won't let our e-mail through. We usually make every effort to contact you: resend these using alternative e-mail addresses or try to find an alternative contact method (the more detail you provide the easier it is).
bulletSometimes it is very hard to work out what a person is asking... or it's in a foreign language. It may take a bit longer to respond to such e-mails.
